About the event
Join us for a joyful evening of devotion, culture and community as we celebrate Krishna Janmashtami with bhajans, performances and activities for children and families.
A special highlight of the evening will be our Kids’ Fancy Dress and Monologue Competition. Children are invited to dress as Radha, Krishna or another Hindu deity and present a short monologue or a few lines about their chosen character.
Everyone is welcome to come together and celebrate the life, teachings and divine leelas of Lord Krishna.
Come dressed in festive or traditional attire and enjoy a beautiful evening with family, friends and the wider Cairns community.
